The project was an existing 50,000sf residential apartment building located on the edge of the central business district of downtown Worcester, Massachusetts.
The rehabilitation included new mechanical systems, partition alterations, new kitchens and baths, and upgraded common areas. We acted as general contractors on this project managing the work of sub contractors on a design build basis. The primary buyers included many of the long term tenants of the apartments, first time home buyers and several elderly residents of the surrounding neighborhood.
