The project is located on Boston Avenue near Tufts University and close to Davis Square in Somerville. The project design connected 9 buildings of six units with an exterior style resembling the triple decker homes in the local neighborhood.
Underground parking for 68 cars was constructed in the below grade foundation space. The wood frame was panelized and constructed in sections reducing the construction period by two months. The primary buyers were either first time home buyers or parents of local college students who purchased the condominium units as long term Real Estate investments.
The project team included the Sharkey Design Group, NJR Construction, Simon Development, JP Ventures and Century 21.
