The Haskell House project was a 75 unit, 90 resident affordable and market rate senior housing development providing independent, assisted and special care services for seniors. The Haskell House was formerly home to the New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. Sippican Partners was designated as the developer following a competitive request for proposals.
Sippican Partners conveyed ownership of the project to Haskell House, LLC following completion of the design and approvals. The project team included Choate, Hall and Stewart, Rockport Mortgage, Peabody Construction, EGA Architects, Commonweal Collaborative, CB Richard Ellis and Dermarderosian.
