Project Description

The Franklin Pierce Law Center was a complete renovation to existing classrooms, alongside the addition of a new structure housing a library and new classroom space. The construction required the development team to work closely with school administrators, faculty and students as the classes remained in session during construction. The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.

The project team included Elkus Manfredi Architects, Harvey Construction Corporation and the Franklin Pierce Law Center Building Committee.

Financing: Educational Bonds, Eaton Vance Trustee

Primary Services: Project Manager for Northland Investment Corporation involved with financing, design, approvals and construction oversight.
